Coach Crownover is an Oklahoma Native. She moved to Texas in 2012 and lives in Vernon  with her three children Keaton, Kate, and Cash Crownover who are all students at Northside  ISD. 

Kandice graduated from Western Oklahoma State College with a Liberal Arts degree and is  currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree at Tarleton State University. 

Coach Crownover believes competitive sports shape student athletes by turning hard work into  habit. Team sports create a bond and a sense of belonging that extends beyond the court. This  kind of support and community is what she wants to instill in the students at Northside.
