Coach Loverson is a well-traveled coach and veteran. 

He graduated from high school in Mannehim, Germany. 

After high school, Coach Loverson enlisted in the United States Air Force and was stationed in California. After honorably serving in the Air Force, he enrolled in college. 

Coach Loverson played basketball for two years at Butte College in California and two years at  the University of Dallas. After finishing up his basketball playing days, he ultimately graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington. He earned his bachelor’s degree and later his master's degree from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas.    

He has accumulated a wealth of real-world experience and has prior teaching and coaching stops throughout the state of Texas.  

Coach Loverson has been married to his wife, Malaika, for 9 years.
